Assistance in Preparing Lesson Plans for Teachers at Aba Simpong Kindergarten and Aba Luwuk Kindergarten in Simpong Village, Luwuk District

Good learning planning is the main foundation for the success of early childhood education. Lesson Plans (RPP) are important documents that must be mastered by every teacher, including kindergarten teachers. However, at TK ABA Simpong (2 teachers, 16 students) and TK ABA Luwuk (3 teachers, 10 students) in Simpong Village, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency, it was found that teachers' ability to develop RPP according to the 2013 Curriculum (K-13) for Early Childhood Education standards was still very limited. This community service activity aims to improve the pedagogical competence of TK ABA teachers in developing systematic and quality RPP. The methods used include lectures, direct practice workshops, individual mentoring, and evaluation of teacher work results. The activity was carried out for six weeks involving all teachers from both schools, namely 5 teachers. The results showed a significant improvement in teachers' understanding and ability to develop RPP. As many as 80% of teachers were able to develop RPP independently, and 92% of participants stated they were very satisfied with the mentoring activities. The conclusion of this activity is that structured and continuous RPP development assistance has proven effective in improving the competence of TK ABA teachers in Simpong Village, Luwuk District (Suyadi., 2021).
