Abstract

The purpose of this service is to increase public understanding of HIV/AIDS transmission and prevention in order to maintain public health stability. This contribution is carried out through an educational socialization process by students to students with teacher assistance. The implementation method used is the delivery of material directly (manifest function) to provide preventive knowledge and encourage behavior change and stigma reduction (latent function). The activity will be carried out in 2025 as a response to the high number of HIV cases in Indonesia. As a result, this activity has succeeded in strengthening the function of educational institutions in health awareness. The implication is that this collective education strategy is effective in preventing social disintegration and building a healthier and more knowledgeable society.
