This community service project aims to examine the transformation of coffee husk waste into EcoClean products and to promote the strengthening of the local economy through the integration of a green and smart economy in Tirtoyudo Village, Malang Regency. The activities were carried out through the following stages: pre-fieldwork, fieldwork, data processing and analysis, and the compilation of results. The method used was a qualitative approach employing a case study strategy through semi-structured interviews, non-participatory observation, and documentation. The results show that Karang Werda Mandiri has successfully processed coffee husk waste into EcoClean products, obtained an NIB (Business Identification Number), and marketed the products at the village and subdistrict levels. However, the digitization of marketing, financial record-keeping, and ongoing technical assistance have not yet been fully integrated. Strengthening the smart economy aspect is necessary to enhance sustainability and expand the local economic impact.
